If you’re a new customer, you can include them during checkout. If your website is already live, you can request add-ons with this form. If you're on an annual plan, we'll bill this at the pro-rata rate for the remainder of your annual term.

Once your request is confirmed, we’ll schedule the work and let you know the expected timeframe.
Most add-ons are completed fairly quickly, depending on the complexity.
Add-ons follow the same billing structure as your website plan.
If you’re on monthly billing, they’ll be added to your ongoing monthly cost. If you’re on yearly billing, they’ll be invoiced upfront (pro-rata where applicable).
Yes. You can request to remove an add-on at any time.
Changes require 30 days’ notice and will take effect from your next billing cycle.
Support covers updates to existing content and features, but it does not include building new add-ons.
