Choose Your Design

Pick the look that suits your business. All designs work for any trade — you’re simply choosing the style you like most. Each design is clean, mobile-friendly, and built to help customers trust you and get in touch.

Step 2

Share Your Content

Tell us what you do, where you work, and how customers should reach you. We’ll ask for your services list, service areas, contact details, logo (if you have one), and a few photos of your work. Don’t stress if it’s not perfect — rough is fine and we’ll help tidy it up.

Step 3

We Build Your Website

We set everything up using your chosen design, including your core pages and enquiry options. We’ll format and polish the content you provide, load in your images, and make sure the site looks great on mobile. Once it’s ready, we’ll send it through for you to review.

Step 4

Review, Approve & Launch

You check everything over and send us any changes you’d like made. We’ll apply the final tweaks, confirm you’re happy, and then launch your website. After launch, your website stays hosted and looked after. Support is available if you’d like us to handle updates too.

Here’s what a typical website build looks like, from start to finish.

Day 1–2: Choose A Design & Get Set Up

Select a design and checkout. Submit your details, content, and images so we can get started.

We design and build your site using your content, branding, and selected theme.

Day 5–7: You Review & Request Changes

We send your website through for review. You can request revisions and we’ll refine everything.

Lastly: Time To Launch

Once approved, we connect your domain, launch your website, and submit it to search engines.

Note: Timelines can vary slightly depending on how quickly content and feedback are provided, but most websites are completed within approximately 7 business days.

What We’ll Need From You

To kick things off quickly, we’ll ask for:

Business name, contact details & social media links

A short blurb about the business (even rough, we can tidy it up)

Your full services offering list

Your service areas (suburbs/regions you work in)

Logo files (if you have them)

6–12 photos of your work, team or business

Your domain name details (if registered)

Any reviews/testimonials you wish to share (optional)

Any key notes you want customers to know (licences, guarantees, fees, etc.)

Core Website Plans

Choose a plan based on how hands-on you want to be. Pay monthly, or save 25% with yearly billing.

These plans include your website build and a 12-month minimum term.

      How quickly can you start my website?

      We can start as soon as you’ve completed your onboarding details and set up your subscription.

      The sooner you provide your content, the sooner we can begin.

      What do I need to provide to get started?

      We’ll ask for a few key things, including your business details, services, service areas, logo (if you have one), and some photos.

      Don’t worry if everything isn’t perfect — rough content is completely fine and we’ll tidy it up for you.

      What if I don’t have content or photos ready?

      That’s completely fine.

      We can help shape your content and use high-quality stock imagery where needed. You can always update or replace content later.

      Will I get to review the website before it goes live?

      Yes. Once your website is ready, we’ll send it through for review.

      You’ll be able to request changes, and we include up to 2 rounds of revisions during the build phase.

      How many revisions are included?

      We include up to 2 rounds of revisions to make small tweaks and adjustments before launch.

      If you need further changes beyond this and you’re not on a Support plan, we’ll provide a quote before proceeding.

      Can I make changes after the site is live?

      Yes. You’ll have editor access to your website, so you can update content yourself at any time.

      If you’re on a Support plan, you can also send through changes and we’ll handle them for you.

      What happens after my website is launched?

      Once your site is live, it will remain hosted and maintained as part of your plan.

      If you’re on Essentials, you can manage updates yourself. If you’re on Support, we’ll handle updates for you as needed.

      Do you help connect my domain?

      Yes. We’ll connect your domain during the launch process and make sure everything is set up correctly.

      If you'd prefer to have your team do this, we can provide the DNS records that you'll need to set-up on your domain to connect to the website server.

      Will my website show up on Google?

      Yes. We’ll submit your website to search engines once it’s launched to help it get indexed.

      While we set up a strong foundation, ongoing SEO or ranking improvements are not included.
